I have been working at Clean Harbors full-time for more than 10 years
Pros
One of the great things about Clean Harbors is that all levels within the company can have a voice at very high levels. Have personally had nearly immediate responses from Corp executives to help... address problems we had in the field We like working with people that don't mind working hard. I started as a Field Tech and have many promotions
Cons
Tough job - you might go home tired. Slackers don't make it.
Advice to Management
Like the path toward technology. Especially in regards to driving Communication has been better these last few years which is appreciated from the field

I worked at Waste Management full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
I really enjoyed my time while working at Waste Management. The employees really care about going above and beyond for the customer, and it shows. And the supervisors/managers all work together so... that everything runs seamlessly. The insurance and benefits plans are phenomenal. I would definitely recommend applying to anyone that is thinking about it!
Cons
It can get repetitive occasionally, but so does every other job.
