Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Clearlink full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The relationships I have built while working at Clearlink have been amazing. Clearlink values building and maintaining relationships and I have been able to do just that. Leadership is passionate... about employee experience and really strives to create a company culture that is engaging, fun and challenging. I have never been more challenged in my professional career and have had the chance to grow and impact change in the business. I have directly benefited from unwavering support, opportunities to learn, and ample rewards and recognition.

Cons

Industry volatility requires Clearlinkers to be flexible and agile. It is a fast pace environment and extremely challenging at times.

Advice to Management

Keep it up and thank you for your commitment to culture, people and unique experiences.

Former Contractor - Anonymous Contractor

I worked at Box Support for less than a year

Pros

This is in response to the totally uninformed person who said that the CEO is a "trust fund" baby. You obviously don't know the CEO, nor went to any of the meetings he spoke at since that's a total... lie. He funded the company with his own hard earned money, his parents nor anyone else had anything to do with funding. Box Support was a great place to work- yes, you needed to work hard- that was expected- but the rewards were worth the hard work. Unfortunately, Google shut down numerous computer support companies at the same time as Box Support, it wasn't for anything they did.

Cons

You were expected to work hard, be on time and not mess around. That seemed to be difficult for some of my co-workers.
