Featured Review

Current Contractor - AP Specialist

I have been working at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated for more than a year

Pros

Flexible and supportive management

Cons

Dealing with vendors can be frustrating

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Digital Ally full-time

Pros

Great environment to work in. The people are great and the dress code is casual! Management is not overbearing in the sense that they sit in their office and don't like to be bothered, it's an open... door policy.

Cons

It can be hard to see a future with the company beyond your hired position. There isn't room to "move up the ladder" which can be discouraging. The pay is also not competitive for the amount of work... and travel you will do.

Advice to Management

Create more opportunity for people to grow in their careers. Without offering a way for people to advance themselves you'll end up losing all of your quality employees to companies that see their... value and can offer them more fulfilling careers.
