Current Employee - Delivery Merchandiser

I have been working at Coca-Cola Consolidated full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

The schedule can be awesome if you get an early start on the route for today.

Cons

Dispatch is the worse because there can be times were a account can be added in a different city or town apart from the usual stops.

Current Employee - President

I have been working at TPS Aviation full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Strong workforce, extremely dedicated em employees, 60% of the workforce has been here over 10 years.

Cons

Difficult to get Aerospace experienced employees in the Hayward Area. Most experienced employees live in Southern California.

Advice to Management

Keep looking for people that want to learn the industry and train them well
