"Project Manager"Sep 11, 2017

Former Employee - Project Manager

I worked at Transport for London full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

- good work-life balance and flexible hours - good pay compared to industry salaries and great perks (health insurance, free piblic transport, pension) - interesting projects

Cons

- the culture is do-minimum - you have to push continually people who don't want to work - everyone has their own agenda, few people really care about doing a good job - no incentives for good... performers - promotion opportunities are limited

Advice to Management

- incentivise achievers to continue to motivate them - show that you actually care (ans understand!) your job
