Current Contractor - Community Manager II

I have been working at Coldwell Banker for more than 8 years

Pros

well establish company very organized management lots of integrated costs with more then excluded exposure

Cons

did not find any, just a great company overall

Advice to Management

help more the new agents to find their way into such exiting market

Former Employee - Marteck

I worked at Dilbeck Real Estate part-time for less than a year

Pros

The group of people really are like a family, easily make you feel warm and welcome.

Cons

Not entirely what the job laid out to be, thought I would be doing more marketing but found myself just handling all front desk responsibilities. Very outdated marketing techniques.
