Featured Review

I worked at Colgate-Palmolive

Pros

The work life balance is great; very rarely had to stay overtime. Managers are very professional and considerate. Never had any problems with colleagues that weren’t quickly fixed.

Cons

It’s an old company so change is slow. There’s always a lot of push back whenever something new is implemented.

Advice to Management

If big changes are being made, employees like to know details about how it’s going to effect them.

Current Employee - Regional Sales Director

I have been working at Church & Dwight full-time

Pros

Evergreen growth model, iconic brands, market cap appreciation, strong culture, strong incentive comp programs with a long track record of exceeding expectations, therefore strong overall comp... program.

Cons

Financially driven, leveraged P&L, Base pay at market medians (incentive comp opportunities put it above market but takes a couple of years to get into cadence).

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. Invest in manufacturing and systems for future growth.
