Former Employee - US IT Recruiter

I worked at Collabera full-time for less than a year

Pros

1. Excellent training team - all of them are crystal clear with the training process. 2. Work environment is great. 3. Everyone in your team is like a family. 4. With the Food stalls outside of... the premises, you'll never miss a good restaurant.

Cons

Not that I know of

Advice to Management

Keep up with the good work.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Spade Technology full-time

Pros

Spade is an excellent place to work. Upper management is very transparent with employees about upcoming projects, changes, goals, and progress. The culture is very team oriented, and everyone is... very friendly. Overall it is a great group of people to work with each day, and Spade is an employer that I do recommend to others regularly.

Cons

Parking stickers are required for all cars. Since the office is located across from the Xfinity Center, building management wants all cars to have a parking sticker to ensure parking isn't used by... concert attendees. These stickers are provided by the company at no cost to the employee.
