Featured Review

Current Employee - Director of Research

I have been working at Colliers International full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The people are great. Passionate about the business and want to help our clients succeed. We have a collaborative team environment which is fun to work in.

Cons

Deadlines are unpredictable in the world of real estate brokerage. This can lead to stress for the teams, but we are used to it.

Advice to Management

Keep up the momentum. There are a lot of positive changes occurring - these are sometimes hard, but necessary to move forward.
