Current Employee - Inbound Sales Representative

I have been working at Comcast full-time for more than a year

Pros

Pay, benefits, work life balance, environment, people

Cons

Only sales company I've ever seen pay on close rate and not unit goals. Lots of mathematical voodoo going on with commission. Also, their internal IT is horrendous. I dont know how IT wipes their... butt without getting poop on their face.

Advice to Management

Tighten up IT. We can't work if our programs don't. Get Sales rep to help design programs so it's done right the first time for once. And pay on unit goals while strengthening QA instead of all these... percentages and crazy metrics and crazy math for commission payout.

Former Employee - Network Developer

I worked at DIGI full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

You can fiddle with nearly anything tech related if you have the affinity and will.

Cons

Salary and working environment is not so good.
