Current Employee - Branch Manager

I have been working at Commerce Bank full-time for more than a year

Pros

- Heavy advancement opportunities - Personal and professional growth mindset - Great support system - Continuous on job training - Competitive salary / benefits - Wants honest feedback to be... better - Consistent message - Innovation

Cons

- There has to be a manager on staff on Saturdays - holiday time off can be difficult with staffing

Advice to Management

I Couldn't be more happier to work for a company that genuinely cares for their employees and wants to keep them around and help them succeed no matter which area of the bank they want to be in. Keep... putting your employees first and they will continue to have outstanding customer service to your customers.

"I loved it"Sep 25, 2015

Account Manager

I worked at Brand KC

Pros

Everyday on the job was fun! I loved the people I worked with, it was such a positive atmosphere and I didn't have to sit behind a boring desk all day. I learned so much about myself and the business... world. I would not have left if it wasn't for having to move away for my husbands work.

Cons

It's a little bit long of hours but worth it.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing!
