Current Employee - Researcher

I have been working at Communications Workers of America full-time

Pros

This is a great mission driven organization to work for. We help people build power in the workplace, and political power.

Cons

The work is rewarding, but can require long hours sometimes.

Current Freelancer - I Am A Mentor and Associate

I have been working at MCA Motor Club of America for less than a year

Pros

I am very thankful that I made my mind up and start promoting MCA. You have the opportunity to grow with your team and earn or solo. Be you own boss, work independently and controls your hours. ... Expand yourself.

Cons

Some days may come where you don't sell and units. Our commissions have changed from $80 to $35. You have to think, May have to Walk, Meet other People, Learn and Earn.

Advice to Management

Keep working with Associates and partners to make MCA better each and every day. More understanding when things come up.
