Current Employee - Systems Director

I have been working at Compass Group USA full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

I have a boss that cares about me as a person, and not as another work body. He treats me wit respect and dignity at all times, and challenges me everyday to continue to reinforce this with other... managers.

Cons

Sometimes the work schedule can be long, but it pays off in the end.

Advice to Management

My advice is to really listen to what the managers have to say in the field. We need to ensure they have a voice at all times.

Current Employee - Food Service Director

I have been working at The Nutrition Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

TNG is a great organization to work for. The upper management and leadership team truly care about all of the employees from the hourly staff all the way up. Their is tons of room for growth and like... to promote from within.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Advice to Management

Keep on creating an atmosphere where employees feel valued.
