Advice to Management
I love this job. It is the best one that I've ever had, and I wouldn't leave it for anything. I'm truly happy every day I come into work, and I have made so many long-lasting friendships. This place... is great. Thank you so much for the opportunity to work here. I do believe that the training process needs work since analysts aren't being trained well enough to do what is needed for the Tier 1 and other positions at Bullhorn. They aren't able to do their jobs correctly or they quit before they even start. The program needs to be revamped so that analysts are more informed and better trained for the Tier 1 and other positions. Other than that, this place is amazing and I love how any internal issues that arise can be worked through internally and worked through quickly and positively.
