Current Employee - Director Panel Development

Pros

Everyone in Panel Operations/Engineering/Development/QA has the desire to move things forward in a productive and efficient way. They all take their work responsibility seriously and bring their best.... The support and collaboration is top notch. Having worked with meter technology teams and passive panels, I am not only at home, I was welcomed here. The tenure of the team is crazy amazing. The work and tasks being performed are not always easy, but nearly everyone puts their best foot forward. We all want to succeed professionally and together as a team and company. I believe the CEO has the right focus and priorities that will diminish client obstacles, modernizing service platforms, bring in revenue and finally turn the company profitable. He has a great team supporting him to make smart decisions to bring technology, updates and efficiencies to processes that have been running/stagnant for the past 15 years. Not an easy task, but not making unwise decisions. The services Comscore provides is exactly what the industry needs and relies on. And a plan is set to future proof our offerings and strides are being made to accomplish the goals.

Cons

Stock price is awful and it does not at all reflect the value of the organization to the market place. There are a lot of layers of management, but nearly all I am in contact with not only 'manage'... but listen, lead, perform (tasks) and meet objectives well! Departments seem to have run very siloed, but there is a plan to break them down. I know there are lots of people who have a tremendous workload. I have work life balance. There are plenty of challenges, planning, strategizing, investigating and tasks to complete, but there are also a few down days as well.
