Featured Review

Former Employee - Associate Human Resources Analyst

I worked at Conagra Brands full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Conagra is a great place to work. They take the time to really invest in their employees. I would have made a career here if I did not relocate. Great benefits, great culture, great leaders.

Cons

Moving headquarters to Chicago was not the right choice, but the CEO didn't want to leave his hometown.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work

Current Employee - Project Engineering Intern

I have been working at Danone North America full-time for less than a year

Pros

Very helpful and friendly people. Everyone is willing to help you out if you ask for their input. Very loose work environment, meaning that they give you time on your own to work on projects (which... I loved). Awesome management and leadership team. Great potential for growth since it is a world wide company. Amazing benefits and everyone has a stellar work life balance. This company does a lot for the community as well. We had three volunteer opportunities while I was there and they constantly look for ways to give back.

Cons

If you aren't someone that can stay on top of deadlines and be self motivated to get things done without someone checking up on you, this may be a challenging work environment.
