Featured Review

Former Employee - Associate Human Resources Analyst

I worked at Conagra Brands full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Conagra is a great place to work. They take the time to really invest in their employees. I would have made a career here if I did not relocate. Great benefits, great culture, great leaders.

Cons

Moving headquarters to Chicago was not the right choice, but the CEO didn't want to leave his hometown.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work

Current Employee - Aircraft Maintenance Tech

I have been working at General Mills full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Opportunities for advancement and career progression Smart, Talented employees Casual environment with top-notch amenities at the corporate HQ (Caribou, Aveda, gas station/auto shop, company store..., etc.) Flexibility to work from home, summer hours, generous benefits/401K matching program

Cons

GMI is known to pay less than other Twin Cities HQ companies Some product categories struggling/stagnant - lack of innovation across many brands
