Pros
10 hour work days and 3 day off weekends! You had been paid weekly and made bonuses often.
Cons
If you worked outside in the snow it sucked, being 500 pounds each of Steel pipe being balanced over head, one slip could be your demise.
Advice to Management
You have an amazing job, but those boys outside in the winter bundling pipes, they need some boots that can't slip and they also should have more than one worker running between the two diesel 10000... pound forklifts carrying huge metal tubes, they need hard hats or a hockey helmet at least 😆
