Current Employee - Office Manager

Pros

Between the hybrid work models and so much flexibility, Constant Contact is a great place to work. They really do keep up with the times as well as what other employers are doing. I feel that... everyone is fairly treated and communication is very open. I actually couldn't be happier!!

Cons

So far, all is good! I've been employed for nine months and continue to be very pleased with my decision to join Constant Contact.

Current Employee - Ad Specialist

Pros

- Work with some amazing and talented people. It really does attracted some of the most talented and dedicated people I've worked with. I've made some great friends and there are regular... gatherings/parties both organized by the company and in general. - So much to learn and so many resources available. They really are experts in what they do and I've learned and continue to learn a huge amount about marketing. - Work from home or in the office - Unlimited PTO - we are encouraged to book time off and have fun. They are trying to be more mindful of work life balance and providing more opportunities for self care. - Lots of opportunity to grow your compensation. not the best starting salary but it doesn't take long before i you hit a better level with commission. - The company is willing to make changes and react to things that come up. In marketing change is inevitable and they are constantly working to adapt to the current environment as well as working to improve the culture and employee experience - Support is available when needed. I have felt supported by my lead and department and know I can ask for help and direction - CEO is engaged in the company and communicates with employees of all levels, asks for feedback an responds thoughtfully when it is given. Feedback is sought from senior management and it is very easy to offer suggestions and thoughts. - Mission focused. Weekly company meetings offer insights to the broader state of the company (revenue goals etc.) and gives more context to large changes.

Cons

- Very fast paced. In marketing things change very quickly, and so does Marketing360. If you're not prepared/excited by regular changes in your job, this isn't the place for you. I see this as a pro... as well, there are always opportunities for employees to affect change and offer improvements to the way things are done. With so much change, it can cause stress if not managed well. Sometimes changes are rolled out without enough buy-in from employees, and I see that as the biggest opportunity for improvement. The changes themselves are expected and in most cases very much necessary (and likely the reason we survived COVID so well), and I think with more careful consideration, there could be a smoother transition with less stress and more productivity. - Pay and benefits could be better (and are being improved)
