Featured Review

Current Employee - Engineer

I have been working at Constellation Brands full-time for more than a year

Pros

Engaged and passionate people. Most people love the work they do and you can tell people take pride in the wine and spirits they are a part of. Good ESPP, for salary positions there are flexible... schedules.

Cons

Can be demanding, lots of change, need to be self motivated

Advice to Management

Set a direction and stick to it. New SVP Robert Hanson is great.

Current Employee - Area Manager

I have been working at Treasury Wine Estates full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

One Team, One Dream mentality. Although we are all competitive, I never feel as if I’m being pitted against my coworkers. We genuinely support one another and want to see each other succeed. This... mindset comes from the top. I am blessed with a fantastic manager. He doesn’t micromanage & is an advocate for everyone on his team. He encourages growth and helps to get us to the next level. There are always opportunities for development, whether it be sales training or a new program where we have the opportunity to learn tasks from a different role within the company. The wine!!!! The product we get to sell is amazing. We have the best 90+ point wines in the world, as well as solid staples and the fun-to-sell popular innovation. (Did I mention the employee discount???)

Cons

Although “change” is a good thing, it brings a lot of anxiety. TWE has had its fair share of change.

Advice to Management

Keep supporting us, like you do. Be as transparent as possible when change is coming.
