Featured Review

Former Employee - Nuclear Security Officer

I worked at Constellation full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Great pay and good benefits

Cons

Swing shift work is horrible for your health, always tired. Also lots of forced overtime

Current Contractor - Union Laborer

I have been working at Exelon Energy for more than 10 years

Pros

The people are professional. The place is safe. I always feel welcome when I go to an outage and look forward to reconnecting with coworkers!

Cons

It's an outage so the hours are tough! There are 10 and 12-hour shifts during the outage. Most employees will have to take a day off.
