Current Employee - Account Manager

I have been working at Consumer Acquisitions full-time for less than a year

Pros

Just shy of my 6 month anniversary working here. The opportunity for personal development is key. The work environment is high energy and positive, which makes me actually want to come to work.... Salary with commission structure unlike a couple of other sales/marketing companies that I have worked for previously. Obtainable advancement that does not take years to achieve. Overall a great place.

Cons

40 hr work week with 2 days off is nice but there is not the opportunity for overtime unless granted by management.

"I loved it"Sep 25, 2015

Account Manager

I worked at Brand KC

Pros

Everyday on the job was fun! I loved the people I worked with, it was such a positive atmosphere and I didn't have to sit behind a boring desk all day. I learned so much about myself and the business... world. I would not have left if it wasn't for having to move away for my husbands work.

Cons

It's a little bit long of hours but worth it.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing!
