Great company!! Everyone is treated with respect and they have an open door policy unlike any other I've ever seen. Each company has a family feel to it even though it is part of a global... corporation. Benefits are incredible!

Cons

Relies heavily on the automotive industry which can be good or bad depending upon the economy
