I have been working at Continuum full-time

Pros

Recognition for efforts is frequent from all levels from peers to leadership. Efforts are acknowledged and appreciated. Encourages autonomy while providing a collaborative and supportive... environment. Flexibility in working remotely. Fast-paced environment where inefficiencies are identified and resolved faster than any company I've previously worked for. Transparency in Corporate plans/successes/goals. Access to all levels of Executive Leadership. Company-provided lunch on Thursdays, Donuts/Bagels/Muffins and fruit every Friday. A tower of fresh fruit in the cafe free to all employees. Free popcorn, sparkling water, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. Food trucks every Friday Spring through Fall. Monthly Birthday Cake.

Cons

If you are a person who does not like change, Continuum is not the place for you. It is perpetually changing and evolving due to growth and Corporate goals but it is fast-paced and can be stressful... at times.

Advice to Management

Continue to acknowledge the challenges facing departments and employees that stem from consistent change.
