Fantastic products in Trauma and Recon Very ethical company.

Cons

Territory is lacking instruments,back orders are high. The company has poor contracting skills.

Advice to Management

Merge with Medtronic they have contract negotiation skills. This will fill out the product portfolio, and boost contracting abilities.
