Pros

Small enough to know everyone and open access to all levels of management. Top management shares information proactively.

Cons

While competitive with companies of comparable size, compensation/benefits package not competitive with companies who compete for the same talent as MAI. Training opportunities could be more... plentiful. The company could gain some employee loyalty if demonstrated trust in its employees.

Advice to Management

The company could gain some employee loyalty if demonstrated trust in its employees. Training opportunities could be more plentiful. Flexibility is important to many, many people in the workforce now.... The company should try to be more flexible about how work is accomplished.
