Current Employee - IT Support Assistant

I have been working at Cornell University full-time for more than a year

Pros

Benefits, People, Atmosphere, Job responsibility’s, culture, office, time off (holidays, sick, vacay, etc).

Cons

Commute (not their fault obviously), bus ride from car to office

Advice to Management

Keep up the great work! Love the monthly meetings to assess performance and just be able to chat. Love the team lunches and meetings. Love the involvement and the push to grow and learn via... various trainings offered randomly.

Pros

- Excellent Benefits - Room for innovation and creativity - Strong effort to move inclusion and belonging forward so everyone has a voice - For those who want to grow and evolve in this industry,... there is room to do so within this institution - Chance to learn from REAL subject matter experts who are at the top of their field - Good work-life balance
