Former Employee - Project Manager

I worked at Corning full-time for more than a year

Pros

Very good work environment for work life balance. Very good benefits from health, dental and 401K. Vacation & Paid Time Off : every 5 years 2 extra weeks of vacation are given.

Cons

No stock option.

Advice to Management

A bit of arrogance and lack of direct presence with smaller accounts are perceived in the market place.
