Featured Review

Current Employee - Publications Manager

I have been working at Costello Medical full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

A really dynamic, fun and friendly atmosphere If you are talented progression is rapid Work is interesting and there is a lot of long term collaboration with established pharma clients Although... work is often high pressure, there is usually a sufficient amount of support available to challenge but not overwhelm employees Regular company surveys provide opportunities to feed back to senior staff

Cons

Fast growth means processes sometimes struggle to keep up Salary slightly below industry standard Experience can be quite dependent on the quality of line management

Advice to Management

Maintain a sense of fun and collaboration Continue to learn from previous mistakes and optimise employee experience

Current Employee - Quality Control Scientist

I have been working at AbbVie full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Excellent benefits, relatively flexible work environment. Low turnover(see cons). Fast paced environment (see cons)

Cons

Very minor complaints. Low turnover, people tend to stay in their positions, so jobs do not open frequently. Projects can be rapid fire and when it is busy it is very busy
