I worked at Brevard Tax Collector
Pros
I had a great career with the Brevard County Government. I have nothing but good things say about my time there. The salary is ok and the benefits make up for the salary. I was able to work there... 30 years and retire with a pension.
Cons
Like every local government employer, the salary increases are based on the taxes collected. Many years the budget was not there to provide increases.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work and Pay attention to employees a little more. They are what make the wheels turn with out squeaks.
