Featured Review

Former Employee - Network Engineer

I worked at Cox Communications full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Makes the employee feel included in the direction of the company. To be such a big company you really feel like family. Company has a clear vision and path to get there. Liked my job so much that I... woke up before my clock went off usually ready to start the day.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Former Employee - Advertising Account Executive

I worked at Cox Media Group full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Loved my job in advertising sales! Top notch management, training, sales contests, perks, and so much more! I even helped the producer with writing scripts, voiceovers, and other production needs for... my clients .. which fueled my love of my creative job that I have now!

Cons

No cons .. contract changed in our market and closed our office. However, we did such a great job when Comcast took over the contract in our market for selling on cable networks, the whole... advertising sales team was offered jobs. I have continued to miss working for such an amazing company. The last time time I worked here was actually years before 2015 - it was just the only option it allowed.

Advice to Management

Keep up the great work!
