Pros
Safety first, good benefits, paid training. This job turned into a career for me. I was hired as a dog bather and within months I started going to pet stylist academy through petsmart. I was there... for almost 10 years, was able to transfer and move to stores across the country. I cannot thank this company enough for giving me a skill, opportunity and financial independence. Thank you petsmart!

I understand the corporate structure anything i could complain about would mean I would have to claim ignorance in my knowledge in corporate structure and goals.
Advice to Management
Make sure your employees are taking their mandated breaks. Without them, you don't have a job. Do your best to not guilt them for calling out, and give them the schedules they want. Keep them happy..., remember we work to live, not live to work. If they are happy employees, you will absolutely get the results, surveys and morale that you, customers and employees want to see.
