Host/Hostess

I worked at Turley's Kitchen for more than a year

Pros

i had really awesome coworkers, the food was really good. The atmosphere was pretty nice, the restaraunt was decorated nicely, they even offered heatlh insurance benefits if you worked there full... time, which was awesome.

Cons

the management was the worst part about working there. they were terribly micromanaging to the point where workers would sometimes cry. i definitely cried.

Advice to Management

let people do there job without trying to micromanage every little thing! and it would be nice if you told people good job every once in a while, that could boost morale!
