I worked at Crawford & Company
Everyone is accessible and willing to share their time at all levels. Crawford effectively maintains a family-business feel that seemed genuine. Upper management is open to listening to employees and... cared to hear our thoughts as interns.
The only con was out of their control, but connecting with other interns was a bit tough. However, they did an exceptional job of finding ways to keep us involved.
Advice to Management
Keep it up! Crawford really does a great job of making interns feel like a part of the family.
I have been working at Wardlaw Claims Service part-time for less than a year
Free classroom training, willing to take on newbies like myself, personal help from team leads. Paid on time and no hold backs
team leads were thinned during Harvey and Irma which is understandable. management offered team leads to take on claims, which took work away from others and took their attention. lowered adjusters'... split this year
