Featured Review

Current Employee - Senior Product Manager

I have been working at Credit Acceptance full-time for less than a year

Pros

Come as you are, team driven, collaborative approach to business and innovation. We care deeply about our teammates, our dealers and our end loan consumers. Have been in companies that like to say... they have this type of culture when they really don't. It is nice to be somewhere that feels like family and encourages positive, professional conflict to incite best possible outcomes. Benefits are good too.

Cons

None. A big stretch would be have to more places to whiteboard and brainstorm creatively as teams.

Advice to Management

Keep up the symphonic leadership!
