Featured Review

Current Employee - Information Technology

I have been working at Credit One Bank full-time for more than a year

Pros

New direction in IT is a welcome change for many people who know there is a better way. Hope new thinking takes hold and allows us all to do good work.

Cons

Lot of old systems to move away from, is a good challenge but will require work. Other than that wish there was a little more ability to work from home. But building is nice and free lunch.

Advice to Management

Trust your employees more, we want to do work that helps the company
