Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Credit Suisse full-time

Pros

Intelligent coworkers, awesome opportunities, beautiful new facilities, great name to have on resume

Cons

New York counterparts think Raleigh employees are lazy and don't work hard. Having to combat that mindset can be difficult.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at KloudData full-time

Pros

- Flexible office timing - Great opportunity of learning and growth if placed on new project

Cons

- Poor Management and Communal Politics with favoritism - Lay-offs at any given time even when you are working on several projects - Communal favoritism works utmost in Lay-offs - Regular delays... in salary payment, sometimes it got delayed by weeks - Salary hikes are negligible irrespective of your performance

Advice to Management

If you perform Root Cause Analysis, it won't take much time to determine how all of sudden company collapsed even though having giant clients. Let go those people who are actually not performing good... and not those who perform good. Sales Team is useless, all words no results.
