Current Employee - Information Technology

I have been working at Crocs full-time for less than a year

Pros

Positive attitudes abound at Crocs, with an eye toward the future of the company. The work is fast, furious, and jumping to cutting edge. You won't be bored at Crocs, and they take care of their... employees with great benefits and competitive pay.

Cons

It's hard to nit-pick a company that is moving toward the future and treats its people well. No cons to speak of.

Current Employee - Manager-Sales/Operations

I have been working at FIC Corporation full-time for more than a year

Pros

high level of autonomy, small company feel with big company mindset, casual office environment, friendly staff and corporate contact interaction.

Cons

limited opportunity for growth and advancement, In order for advancement, you must be willing to relocate at your own expense.

Advice to Management

take less of a "downsizing" view of the companies you run. Your employees are your biggest asset, and cutting cost by eliminating positions is not the best way to do business.
