Company leaders are very honest and transparent--they lay out our company's goals, performance and headwinds in a very clear and concise manner. The encourage us to be honest in our feedback and... expect us to receive feedback in kind. I've never (in all my years) been afraid to speak up and offer my opinion/feedback on anything.

Cons

This is a company, for profit. Company's don't do everything YOU want them to do and that's OK. Some times they decide to go in a direction that folks don't like and I understand that as well.... Ultimately this is a growing company--has been as long as I've been here--and there are a lot of growing pains that come with that.
