start-atmosphere entrepreneurial mentality total compensation (pay plus benefits value) laid back office great training program

Cons

work/Iife balance expectation to work 45-50 hours a week (minimum) medical insurance plans are average

Pros

Everyone was friendly to work with. Surprisingly well run as a company.

Cons

Not sure how their culture has changed after being acquired by Oracle. Betting it was for the worse.
