easy to make a mark at an up and coming SaaS company. Lot of new product that comes out and a large platform so there is plenty to sell. Empathetic Sales leadership (not toxic like some places). Does... a good job putting women in leadership. Cvent is open to change in areas to get better and even our most junior reps can make recommendations to leadership on things to change. Regularly gives pay raises and clear advancement tracks.
Benefits are sufficient but underwhelming for the Tech space. Would like to see more health insurance premiums paid by Cvent. 401K matching is below industry average. commission can be hard to track.
