Current Employee - Senior Recruiter

I have been working at CyberCoders full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Excellent company culture, great perks, awesome comp package and benefits, uncapped commissions, quarterly bonuses, fun parties, free food, excellent training program, unlimited PTO... the list is... endless

Cons

This job is not easy, you definitely have to be willing to put in the hours and hustle to build your client and candidate network. But once you do, the money starts rolling in! Great first job for... those coming out of college looking to make good money to pay off those student loans FAST!

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at NationBuilder full-time

Pros

Incredibly strong female leadership. The values of the company are front and center. People are responsive, on time and extremely respectful to their colleagues. NationBuilder is a place where many... different people can thrive. The culture is one of authenticity and personal responsibility. It is a family of people who want to change the world for the better. Extremely good at growing people who this is their first or second job.

Cons

You need to be emotionally mature to understand, embrace and thrive within the culture. People, especially men, who are not used to receiving feedback from women struggle. If you want a job that you... check in and check out, this is not for you. Culture can focus too much internally to the detriment of company growth.

Advice to Management

Stay focused, let go of control and delegate. The team is ready to do hard things. Don't let perfect be the enemy of the good- keep shipping, keep telling the story (even if it isn't perfect), keep... moving.
