Current Employee - Sales Representative

I have been working at D.R. Horton full-time for less than a year

Pros

-Great uncapped commissions -Regional team that is there for you to succeed -Great office environment -Great benefits -Stocks, 401K, bonuses -Best management in Nashville division. They... genuinely are looking out for your best interests. -Huge growth slated for the 2019 year!

Cons

-Like any real estate career weekends are dedicated to your job. -100% commission but again that is any real estate job (general or new build)

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing! I love the culture that our regional president has created. Really makes a difference when you know upper management is wanting you to succeed.

Loan Consultant

I worked at Pulte Mortgage for more than a year

Pros

I loved working at Pulte Mortgage! I had an amazing manager and amazing team that I worked with. I was new to the mortgage industry when I started and felt like it was a perfect way to get my feet... wet. I am working for a new lender now working a lot of hours with a high sales push. I think if it wasn't for Pulte's help, I wouldn't be sucessful as I am!

Cons

Since you are working for a builder, if the market slows down or your community isn't selling apartments, you obviously get slow.
