I have been working at DB&A full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Each project gives you a chance to interact with new clients, personalities and cultures. Feedback is given as a means to develop, not to diminish. DB&A allows you to have your personal time... and decompress from the job while at home without having interruptions from work or having to be on-call. You are able to keep your travel, hotel, and credit card points, with expenses being reimbursed every two weeks. Unassigned (beach) weeks are still paid weeks.

Cons

Sometimes there will be long hours at the site plus work back at the hotel to complete. The pace is not for everyone but you will be challenged daily.

Advice to Management

Continue to take care of your most valuable assets: your people.

Pros

Company has remained stable & profitable throughout the changing economy...There are some great people who work here!!!

Cons

Hiring process is flawed/they need to do a better job of screening applicants & training new hires.
