Current Employee - Branch Manager

I have been working at DH Pace full-time for more than a year

Pros

This is a family owned company that cares about its employee's and their success. The vision from the very top, down is that everyone is an important part of the whole. DH Pace has experienced such... great growth over the years and has an opportunity for everyone. They are always interested in improvement and actually listen. Great concept - "if you want to grow and get better, ask those that keep the wheels turning every day. Then act on it."

Cons

Due to incredible growth and the demand to continue to grow, this company is best suited for people who take a lot of pride in their work and enjoy being challenged. If you're looking for a simple... job where you can relax behind a desk and just be a number, this is not for you.

Advice to Management

Keep listening to the troops and working to improve technology. Stay ahead, it's rough catching up.

Current Employee - Account Manager

I have been working at Jon-Don full-time for less than a year

Pros

Sorry to steal Tony the Tiger's favorite line, but I cannot make a more reasonable comparison. During my interview process, I was told that this was a place that I could be myself, my TRUE self. ... Since I have gotten my position here at the St. Louis location, I have done just that. It has the structure that I love, I can be as creative as I want to be, and I get to create as many customer relationships as I want to. The salary has been spectacular, the benefits are desirable and hard work is recognized and admired. I drive on average 1 hour and 15 minutes one way to get to Jon-Don. IT IS WORTH IT!!! There has yet to be a day that I have felt like I was going to, "work." My co-workers are my family. I have met over 100 employees within the company and traveled to other locations and I have not met one that I do not care for. Jon-Don is very specific on who they hire. They do not hire, "warm bodies, " to fill up the positions, but only qualified candidates. If what I have said in this review sounds like exactly what you are looking for, then I highly encourage you to not waste any more time looking and apply. There is no better place in this industry to be then here at Jon-Don.

Cons

There are NONE that I have experienced.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work.
