Pros
- set for success, unlimited opportunities. - interpersonal communication with team and management - benefits; 401k, dental, health, employee stock purchase program - + differential and weekend... pay. - weekly coaching
Cons
- metrics can be a little challenging to maintain - back to back calls in front line positions - but again endless opportunities and whether or not you stay in that position is fully in your control!
