Featured Review

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at DP Architects full-time

Pros

One of the biggest architectural firm.

Cons

OT is quite often. Work/life balance is not part of the company's culture.

Former Employee - Officer

I worked at Ong First Tradition full-time for less than a year

Pros

Learns in greater detail since almost every process is manual.

Cons

Not the best practice in industry. Since all major competitors uses higher technology, employees may find it difficult to step up to join bigger companies. Too much politics. Too much blame... game Poor or almost non existent teamwork among departments that result in unhealthy working relationship. Too afraid to make mistake that unable the company to innovate and move forward

Advice to Management

Need major shake up. Remove dead woods with younger blood, full of passion and well equipped employees.
