Overall this was a great company to work for while I was there however it did not last for as long as I would have liked.
The company was unable to sustain and ended up selling off the parts to competitors which resulted in some very good people being unemployed in the end
Advice to Management
Do not allow your company to obtain some bad debt which will eventually force it into declaring bankruptcy.

Fantastic company to work at. New Microservices product strategy is very hot and is the future of retail commerce! TGCS is the 800-pound silverback gorilla in the Point of Sale (POS) vertical.... Company has gone through the process of leaving IBM years ago and has emerged from that with a stellar upside. Some revised management and new leadership within the four corners of the organization, these changes have posed the company to dominate in the fast-changing retail world. I’m given autonomy as a manager which is great. Trusted but given space to grow and develop. Great people who are always helpful and love to collaborate. Flexible / Dynamic working environment. Salary is competitive against the current market rates. Standard corporate benefits. TGCS Have great products which have huge potential. The C & VP level leaders are all great professionals, consummate leaders, and all care greatly about what we do and our integrity. The COO & VP NA goes out of their way to make sure employee and clients are treated with the highest of quality and integrity. People that work here are genuinely helpful and friendly. Management is very supportive and success oriented. People are promoted internally. TGCS is great for people who like a fast paced/entrepreneurial environment. There are challanges like any other company in technology, if you cannot digest those you likely should not be in tech or retail tech.
You need to be a self starter You are expected to learn quickly Communication between departments could be better, but probably no worse than other places I have worked.

Keep investing in your people, continue working on emerging technology, stay close to your clients.
