Teammates are always willing to help one another. - Everything is about the patient and for the benefit of the... patient - Able to perform one-on-one patient care - Flexible scheduling and adequate time off - Leadership listens and supports teammate growth - Recognizes positive outcomes and patient success stories - Discusses how to innovate healthcare regularly - Stock discount price - Teammates (co-workers) are genuine - Fun events such as Happy Hours, Family Picnics, Holiday parties are regular
