Current Employee - Manager

I have been working at Dairy Queen full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The people are great, you get half off on your lunch break, free pop if you bring your own cup on your shift, get a few dollar off ice cream cakes you buy, and on Christmas and your birthday you get... a free 8" cake.

Cons

The current "boss'" are not the best in helping, training, they'd hire people who will sho for the first day and not be there. No one would know that a new person would be starting.

Advice to Management

Managers need to train better, and care more about there jobs.
